record

what its wins have that its other games do not

• More orders refused when it wins (7.0% against 1.4% otherwise).
• Fewer turns missed when it wins (0.6 against 1.7 otherwise).
• More peak cities when it wins (78 against 40 otherwise).

orders the engine refused

38,726 of 536,139 orders (7.2%), by what went wrong. An order the engine refuses does nothing that turn, so this is the cheapest thing to fix.
